Holly Homestead offers a choice of four individually styled guest rooms. Qualmark 4 Star Plus (Bed & Breakfast).
All rooms contain wall mounted TVs, quality linen, ensuites with heated towel rails, demister mirrors, hairdryers and natural handcrafted toiletries.
Refreshments on arrival is a great time for a chat and information on things to do. A generous full breakfast is included.
Standard Room 1: Queen
This upstairs room has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a heated tile floor. Easterly facing, this room receives the morning sun first. You have a good view of forest clad hills and a glimpse of snow capped mountains.

Superior Room 2: Super King/Twin
Our Superior Guest Room offers 23 square metres of style and comfort. This light and airy upstairs space boasts views of the garden and mountains beyond. The ensuite bathroom has a curved glass shower door, rimu timber panelling and a stunning black and white heated tile floor. Quality fittings give a classical feel with gold or brass accents. The super king-size bed can be split into two beds upon request.

Standard Room 3: Queen
This upstairs room faces south and looks towards the snow capped mountains. This standard guest room is our smallest room with a queen-size bed and limited luggage space. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with a timber floor and a timber lined shower.

Deluxe Room 4: Super King Suite
Our largest upstairs room (42 square metres) includes a handcrafted native Rimu super king-size bed, a large ensuite with a clawfoot bath, tiled shower and heated tile floor. Guests can embrace more privacy in this room due to its size and features. The private lounge gets the sun year-round and has tea and coffee-making facilities, a small fridge and a sink. The lounge opens up onto a shared verandah – a great place to enjoy the afternoon sun.

Communal Spaces
Holly Homestead has multiple spaces available for all guests to enjoy including a relaxing ambient guest lounge full of character with original timber panelling, log burner, reading material and garden vistas.
The open-plan breakfast room offers incredible views towards the Franz Josef Glacier valley with snow-capped mountain peaks, rainforests and snippets of the Croz and Fritz Glaciers and the Franz Josef Glacier Neve. Here guests can gather around the large breakfast table to enjoy delicious and hearty food to start the day off right.
Holly Homestead is surrounded by just under an acre of established grounds. There is outdoor seating available in the garden, also an elevated balcony with outdoor furniture that looks out over the garden and serves as the perfect spot to catch one of our famous West Coast sunsets.
There is plentiful off-street parking near the front door of the property.

Tariffs
Tariffs include refreshments on arrival, home baking, internet and a full breakfast.
Single tariffs available on all guest rooms. On the booking form there is provision to amend the number of guests to "1" and the single rate will display.
All bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking.
Children
Children 12 years and over are welcome – charged at the adult rate. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to stay.
Check-In/Out
Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 8:00pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-out time is by 10:00am on day of departure.
Minimum Stay
2 nights between 24 December and 05 January.
Payment Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total is required to secure your reservation.
Note: Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within:
30 days of arrival date: 30% forfeit of the total booking price.
7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
